Storage

Due to many years of experience in handling bulk material, the members of J.J. Ohrem’s staff know a lot about storage properties and behaviour of various goods.

Depending on requirements and storage properties, different forms of storage can be offered.

Storage building

In Hürth, an area of 20,000 sqm for storage of weatherproof goods is available. This corresponds to a storage capacity of more than 8,000 tons.

Open depot

Since its completion in 1995, the temperature-controlled storage building of 1,500 sqm provides room for storage of high-quality goods.

Silo

At the premises, there are 12 aluminium silos for storage of each current kind of plastics. The silo works have a capacity of 3,600 sqm.

The silos can be underridden and can be used for storage as well as for filling.

Equipment:

Each silo has its own filter system => no contamination
Since the silos are equipped with a drying system, the silo works stay in clean and dry condition all year.
